Harshire: Year 1 - Summer 1: Garland
Photobucket
I decided to play my rotations by seasons instead of weeks so my updates will be more frequent but probably also shorter. Anyway, on to the update!

Photobucket
Oliver and Teresa Garland live in a small two bedroom house by themselves. They have two bolts. Teresa would like to have twenty lovers at once and Oliver dreams of owning five top businesses. Unfortunately, he can't do that.

Photobucket
Instead Oliver takes a job in the military career and starts to work on his body skill right away.

Photobucket
Teresa paints to help contribute to their funds.

Some of the neighbors stopped by for a visit.

If you haven't read the rules, every time that a peasant sim (which the Garland family is) woohoos, they must try for baby. This try was successful.

Photobucket
Teresa finishes her first painting. It isn't worth hardly anything. Especially since they must give 75% of whatever they earn to the royal family in taxes.

Photobucket
This will help them greatly.

Photobucket
Both Teresa and Oliver have already made friends with the other peasants and they constantly call to talk.

Photobucket
Evidence that Teresa and Oliver's try for baby was successful.

Photobucket
Teresa is not very excited, she is a Romance sim, after all. However, she never did roll the fear of having a baby which made me quite happy.

Photobucket

Photobucket
Elizabeth Arash came over to visit Teresa and spent some quality time dancing.

Photobucket
Oliver was promoted which will help from when the baby comes.

Oliver and Teresa had twins - two boys named Charles (who will be the heir) and John. They both have blonde hair from their father and blue eyes from their mother. Charles has s2 and John s1.

Photobucket

Photobucket
Oliver gains a body skill point from his awesome potato salad thieving skills.

Photobucket
Oliver spends a few moments cuddling with Charles. Teresa and Oliver are actually very good parents.

And that is the end of my first update. I think I am going to have a lot of fun with this challenge. :)

Oh boy! Twins for the peasants! :O
I like this challenge. It's kind of like a BACC but it gives me a break from those at the same time lol :D

My face was like this: O.o when I saw that they were having twins haha. I am just glad it wasn't MORE (since I have the triplets and quads mod installed).
Thank you for taking the time to read and comment. :)

So does Teresa want the woohoo too (and possible babies-from-friends) or just to be loved for who she is, by many people? :)

Nice start!

She has rolled wants like woohoo three sims, so I think maybe a little of both.

Thank you! :)

So far I have been taking 75% of all of the money that they earn as it comes in. I do this by placing flooring until it takes away the certain amount of money. However, I am finding this to be a bit tedious as I have to do this at least once per day. I might try something else next rotation but for now I am going to stick with this.

In the first version of the rules that I made I had each class have to pay a certain amount of money per rotation. I figured that the problem with this would be that in the beginning it would be hard to pay, but as time went on it wouldn't be a problem at all. I want the peasants to always be poor - they are peasants after all, so I decided that they should have to give a percentage instead.
